The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for LPS WATER CC/TOWER PARK MARINA as of June04, 2020. A site map was not completed or submitted as part of the business plan for 2019 and 2020 and the map on record does not show/address: 1. Loading areas. 2. Adjacent Streets. 3. Storm and sewer drains. 4. Access and exit points (facility and structures). 5. Emergency response equipment(fire extinguishers and spill control). 6. Emergency shutoffs. 7. Evacuation staging areas. 8. Storage areas for JC 1830 at the clarifier plant and sodium hypochlorite at the filter plant. 9. And some of the code, symbols, abbreviations, and acronyms were not identified/defined. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". The emergency response procedures not submitted for 2019 and 2020 and the procedures on record were lacking the phone number for the immediate notification of the Environmental Health Department(EHD) (209)468-3420 and the location of the emergency response equipment. A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: - Immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) - Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment - Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
