29 October 1999 -
AGE-NC Project No. 98-0520
Wells #7 and #19 are approximately 2,300 feet northeast of the subject property. Well #13 is
approximately 2,500 feet south of the property. All wells are outside the 2,000-foot radius of the
subject site, therefore the distance of the wells from the subject site limits their potential to be
Adversely impacted by the site. The locations and information of the above.referenced City of
Manteca Wells are depicted in Figure 2.
' The San Joaquin County Public Health Service-Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD)was
contacted to identify and locate potential receptors within a 2,000-foot radius of the subject site. The
' PHS-04D confirmed information obtained from the CMPWD and supplied a copy of a City of
Manteca Well locations map (Figure 3).
Representatives of AGE performed a reconnaissance for visible potential receptors within a 2,000-
foot radius of the above referenced site. Groundwater monitoring wells were located during the
reconnaissance approximately 1,000 feet northwest, and 1,000 feet southeast of the site. The wells
identified are'utilized for monitoring site-specific impacts and pose limited potential to be impacted
by the subject site.
Representatives of AGE performed a file review at Department of' Water Resources (DWR).Documentation describing the construction details of the above mentioned monitoring wells and
City Well 919 were collected and are presented in Appendix A.
Environmental Data Resources, Inc.(EDR)was utilized in confirming locations of City of Manteca .
Wells as described above.
• The Munger Map Book published in 1997 lists one oil/gas well (G B Clevenger - Frazier)
approximately 1,000-feet southwest of the property. The well poses limited potential to be,impacted i
by the subject.site based on its proximity to the site. The well location is presented in Figure 4.
If you have any questions or require further information, please contact our office at(209)467-1006.
' Sincerely, .
Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.
.40
Tony ikacich
Staff Geologist
' cc: Mr. Tom Barbour- Bob's Muffler Shop
Mr. Mark List- CVRWQCB
' Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.-
