(Site)
757 Moffat Blvd.
Manteca, California
Client: Mr.Pete Thompson
19901 McHenry Avenue
Escalon, California
Primary Agency: Harlin Knoll, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCE14D)
Copy to: James Barton, California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley
•i Region(CRWQCB)
This is a report of the results of the first quarter 2006 groundwater monitoring event conducted by Condor
Earth Technologies, Inc. (Condor) on March 29, 2006 at the above-referenced Site. Mr. Harlin Knoll of
the SJCEHD had verbally agreed to Condor's recommended quarterly monitoring of MW-5 and MW-8',
provided that Site monitoring wells MW-1 and MW-4 are sampled on an annual basis in the fourth
quarter. Accordingly, monitoring wells MW-1 and MW-4, along with MW-5 and MW-8, were scheduled
to be sampled as part of the previous monitoring event (which was the annual monitoring event)
conducted on January 5, 2006. However, monitoring well MW-7 was inadvertently sampled instead of
MW-1. Consequently, Condor sampled MW-1 as part of the.first quarter 2006 monitoring event.
Maps indicating the Site location, monitoring well locations and well-collar elevations (Site map), and
groundwater gradient are included as Figures 1, 2, and 3, Attachment A, respectively. Also attached are
historic groundwater monitoring data and Site background information (Attachment B); field forms
(Attachment C); and laboratory analytical reports (Attachment D) for the current monitoring event. This
report has been submitted to the SJCEHD and the CRWQCB. A summary of the current quarterly
monitoring event is included on the following page.
.,j
Condor's First Quarter Groundwater Monitoring Report—March 2005,dated March 31,2005.
