Maps indicating the site location, monitor well locations and well-collar elevations (site map), <br /> groundwater elevation contours, and groundwater gradient are included as Figures 1, 2, 3, and 4, <br /> Attachment A, respectively. Also attached are site background information, historical groundwater <br /> monitoring data, field forms, and laboratory analytical reports for the current monitoring event.
