The site <br /> is located on the north side of a private road along the Stockton <br /> Terminal and Eastern railroad, 1, 000 feet west of Alpine Road, <br /> east of Stockton. <br /> Prior to approving this application, proof of legal access is <br /> required. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance <br /> of any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain <br /> in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Community Development Department <br /> a. This approval is for a two acre agricultural waste <br /> processing facility as shown on the site plan submitted May <br /> 27 , 1993 . The use shall be limited to the processing of nut <br /> and fruit tree woods. <br />
