PLANNING DIVISION: ENVIRONMENTAL HFALTH <br /> Conditions of Approval : PERMITdSERV/CES <br /> a. There shall be no signs on the project site other than an <br /> identification sign that is not to exceed 2 ' X 3 ' in size . <br /> b. Outdoor lighting shall be minimized to that required for <br /> security purposes. Lighting shall be hooded and directed <br /> away from adjacent properties and not create a glare <br /> problem. <br /> c. Farm labor crews shall not be dispatched from the project <br /> site. <br /> d. No chemica3s, other than for the applicant ' s private use <br /> on his own fields, shall be stored on-site. <br /> e. The outdoor storage of all materials, with the exception <br /> of motorized equipment , shall be screened with a six-foot- <br /> high solid fence . <br /> f . Details of the planter area shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. Landscape details shall include a key <br /> showing size , type , number, and spacing of all proposed <br /> plantings. Details of an automatic , timed landscaping <br /> sprinkler system shall be shown. All approved landscaping <br /> and sprinklers shall be in place prior to initiation of <br /> the use . The landscaped area shall be planted in the <br /> following manner : Planter areas shall contain a com- <br /> bination of trees, shrubs, and/or living ground cover ; <br /> concrete , asphalt , and anv surface material including <br /> rocks or bark are not Gcceptable . <br /> g. The parking area and roadway shall be surfaced as shown on <br /> the site plan. <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS : <br /> Ordinance Reauirements : <br /> a. An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage , driveway access details , on- <br /> site parking, and grading shall be submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval .
