The slaughter building is to meet State Department of Agriculture requirements, and a license to operate must be obtained from them. 4 . Building Inspection Division: a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: ( 1 ) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C .A.C . , Title 24) . ( 2 ) Provide a 40-foot separation from the existing barn. b . A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant , and it shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to performing any exca- vation or filling of earth material : ( 1 ) The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U . B.C . , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006 ( 1 ) . ( 2 ) The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . Retaining wall details shall be submitted where appli- cable . ( 3 ) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incorporated in the grading plan. ( 4) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to issuance of a building permit . c . The Development Plan shall indicate the following: ( 1 ) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C .A.C . , Title 24) .
