The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> ( 1 ) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C .A.C . , Title 24) . <br /> ( 2 ) Provide a 40-foot separation from the existing barn. <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant , and it <br /> shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the <br /> Building Inspection Division prior to performing any exca- <br /> vation or filling of earth material : <br /> ( 1 ) The grading plan shall contain the information listed <br /> in the U.B.C . , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006 ( 1 ) . <br /> ( 2 ) The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where appli- <br /> cable. <br /> (3) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plan. <br /> (4) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit . <br /> c . The Development Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> ( 1 ) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C .A.C . , Title 24) . <br />
