Should the number of employees ex- <br /> ceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water <br /> system under the provisions of Title 22 , CAC, will be required by <br /> the Health District. <br /> 3 . Construct an individual sewage disposal system( s ) under a permit <br /> and inspection by the Health District prior to occupancy. <br /> 4 . Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must he stored, <br /> removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 and #1481 and Title 2 . 3 <br /> and 7 . 8 , California Government Code, and Titlo 14 , CAC. <br /> 5 .
