No. 3337 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an <br /> engineer ' s estimate with a drawing of the required frontage <br /> improvements of a form to be supplied by the Public Works <br /> Department . ) <br /> d . A 15-foot wide roadway Irrevocable Offer to dedicate is <br /> required on Parcel 2 along the frontage of APN 089-060-47 . <br /> e . Parcel 1 shall be minimum 1 . 5 acre after the roadway <br /> dedication . <br /> The new Conditions read: <br /> lb.
