f <br /> REVISED (March 20 , 1990) <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> JAMES EMERSON <br /> MS-90-6 <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall. be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map . <br /> 1 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a . A Parcel Map is required . <br /> b. Parcels shall be designated by numbers , Parcel "A" is <br /> Parcel 1 , and Parcel "B" is Parcel 2 or Designated <br /> Remainder . <br /> C . Dedications , improvements and permits shall be as <br /> required by Caltrans along State Highway Route 88 . <br /> d . Parcel 1 shall be a minimum of 1 . 5 acres after the <br /> roadway dedication , if any. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a . Construction of an individual domestic water well under_ <br /> a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> b. This proposed division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . A <br /> percolation test and a sewage disposal area as <br /> determined by the percolation test is required for <br /> Environmental Health Division approval . A permit for <br /> the percolation test from the Environmental Health <br /> Division is required . <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy . <br />
