(WJH) <br /> Site Assessment Report that details geology of the area and <br /> I f* previous work on the project, dated 28, September, 1990. <br /> The WJH report concluded that sufficient data existed to <br /> declare that all contaminated spoil had been removed and <br /> that the groundwater had not been impacted. ` <br /> i <br /> On. 3, D--,comber, 1990, Public Health Services, EHD, by letter } <br /> (copy att.), requested that groundwater monitoring wells be <br /> installed and a Preliminary Report written. On 1 January, <br /> jT 1991, WJH responded to the EHD letter, noting that the above <br /> report had already been written and that it .should satisfy <br /> the Preliminary Report request. Subsequent telephone conver- <br /> sations were held by WJH and EHD.
