Refer to Plate I for <br /> details. <br /> TOPOGRAPHIC & GEOLOGIC SETTING: The property is located in <br /> approximately the center of the central valley of California, <br /> more commonly referred to as the southern portion of the <br /> Sacramento Valley. The region is one of low relief; the surface <br /> elevation at this location is about 38', with the regional <br /> gradient towards the west. The Stanislaus River is a few miles <br /> to the south, and the San Joaquin River is to the west.
