FOURTH QUARTER 2004 ACTIVITIES <br /> Groundwater Monitoring Blaine Tech Services, Inc (Blaine), of San Jose, California gauged <br /> and sampled all site wells and prepared a summary table of field gauging and laboratory <br /> analytical data Cambria prepared a vicinity map that includes previously submitted well survey <br /> information (Figure 1) and a groundwater elevation contour map (Figure 2) Blaine's report, <br /> presenting the laboratory report and supporting field notes, is included as Attachment A <br /> ANTICIPATED FIRST QUARTER 2005 ACTIVITIES <br /> Well Destructions To facilitate the City of Stockton's project to widen Hammer Lane, Cambria <br /> properly destroyed wells MW-4 and MW-5 on January 18, 2005 As discussed with San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD), Shell will also need to destroy wells <br /> MW-8 and MW-9 because of this project Cambria will submit a work plan proposing the well <br /> cambna destruction procedures, and will submit one report summarizing all the well destructions <br /> Environmental <br /> Technology,Inc <br /> Groundwater Monitoring Blaine will gauge and sample all site wells, and tabulate the data <br /> Hollis Street Cambria will prepare a groundwater monitoring report <br /> Suite A <br /> Emeryville CA 94508 <br /> Tel(514)420-0700 <br /> Fax(510)420-9170 <br />
