FOURTH QUARTER 2002 ACTIVITIES Blame Tech Services, Inc (Blaine), of San Jose, California gauged and sampled all site wells and prepared a summary table of field gauging data and petroleum hydrocarbon and methyl tertiary butyl ether concentrations Cambria prepared a table of oxygenate data (Table 1), a site vicinity/receptor survey map (Figure 1), and a groundwater contour/chemical concentration map (Figure 2) Blaine's report,presenting the laboratory report, is included as Appendix A ANTICIPATED FIRST QUARTER 2003 ACTIVITIES Cambria submitted a Site Investigation Work Plan on February 20, 2003 to further assess the extent of fuel oxygenates to soil and groundwater beneath the site as requested in San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) correspondence dated January 30, 2003' Oakland, CA Cambria is prepared to obtain the necessary permits and schedule field work upon approval by San Ramon CA SJCEHD Sonoma CA Cambria Blaine will gauge and sample all site wells and tabulate the data As approved by Harlin Knoll Environmental of SJCEHD in a telephone message, the wells will be sampled quarterly for fuel oxygenates and Technology,Inc annually for total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and *erkins Street V 0 Box 259 Sonoma CA 95476` Tel(707)935-4850 Fax(707)935-6649 I I
