First Quarter 2006 Groundwater Monitoring and Remediation Status Report 1 <br /> Cohn Property,3755 Munford Avenue,Stockton,California <br /> Page 6 <br /> CONCLUSIONS <br /> Laboratory analytical results indicate the site has been impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons <br /> Concentrations of TPHg and BTEX are elevated in groundwater monitoring wells MW-1 through ' <br /> MW-3,MW-6 through MW-8, MW-11,MW-12, and MW-14 It appears the samples identified <br /> as DW and 2CC were inadvertently pwitched.All oxygenates sampled were below laboratory <br /> detection Imi s <br /> Groundwater elevations increased an average of 3 88 feet this quarter compared with the <br /> previous sampling event <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Apex recommends continued quarterly groundwater morutormg and operation of the soil vapor <br /> extraction system The next sampling event will occur in June 2006 <br /> ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES PERFORMED AT SITE <br /> Apex personnel supervised the installation of momtormg wells MW-11 through MW-14 in <br /> accordance with Apex's Workplan for Deep Groundwater Monitoring Well Installation, dated <br /> .
