Among my duties as Program Manager of the Hauler and Manifest Program, 1 <br /> 5 am responsible for the processing of Waste Tire Hauler Registrations, and the Manifesting <br /> 6 requirements for waste tire generators, haulers, and end-use facilities pursuant to Public <br /> 7 Resources Code, section 42950 et seq. I am also familiar with the CIWMIB's Waste Tire <br /> 8 Management System (WTMS) where electronic records and manifests for waste tire <br /> 9 <br /> 10 generators, haulers, and end use facilities are stored and maintained, and further, have <br /> 11 reviewed the contents of these files for EI Camino Tire. <br /> 12 4. 1 have determined that El Camino Tire is not, nor has ever been, a CIWMB <br /> 13 registered waste tire hauler. <br /> 14 5. 1 have also determined that no manifests have been submitted by Mr. Montljo for <br /> 15 <br /> the stores located at 400 E. Lodi Avenue, Lodi CA 95240 and 340 N.Wilson Way, Stockton <br /> 16 <br /> '17 CA 95205. The WTMS also shows only four manifest documents that have been submitted for <br /> 18 the store located at 48 E. Charter Way, Stockton CA 95206 for the time period of February 9, <br /> 19 2004 to March 19, 2004. These manifests are M4-1276534, M4-1276550, M9-1276662, & M5- <br /> 1276683, The store located at 2498 E. Main Street, Stockton, CA 95205 manifested <br /> 21 <br /> 22 approximately 3,000 used and waste tires for the years 2003 and 2004, and manifested <br /> 23 approximately 6800 used and waste tires for 2005.
