It would be appreciated if you would <br /> grant Chevron, its employees, agents, representatives, contractors and <br /> subcontractors a license to enter upon the Property to conduct soil testing, <br /> engineering studies and physical inspection of the Property which Chevron may <br /> deem necessary or appropriate.
