The specific fees in question are the Unified Program Facility State fees <br /> (1999 and 1998) and the Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator fee on <br /> the attached invoice. <br /> Site 300 is a large quantity hazardous waste generator and a Resource <br /> Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)-permitted treatment and storage <br /> facility. The hazardous waste facility permits were issued by the Department <br /> of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), Region 2.
