Bennett Properties <br /> December 28, 1987 <br /> Page 2 <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The scope of services performed for this site screening consisted of the <br /> following: <br /> • Review of available published and unpublished information, such as <br /> aerial photographs, topographic maps, property maps, historical doc- <br /> uments, and publications regarding regional geologic and groundwater <br /> conditions. <br /> • Review of available information regarding the site and nearby proper- <br /> ties at the California Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board (RWQCB) , California Department of Health Services (DHS) , San <br /> Joaquin County and City of Manteca agencies; <br /> • A site visit on December 17, 1987, and a brief visual assessment of <br /> neighboring properties; <br /> • Interviews with present and previous owners and site occupants; and, <br /> • Preparation of this report. <br /> Sources of information are indicated where based on interviews, published <br /> or unpublished documents. A list of references is provided at the end of this <br /> report. <br /> SITE CONDITIONS <br /> The site is located as shown on Plates 1 and 2. The Parcel Plan on Plate 3 <br /> shows the four parcels which comprise the 11 acre property. <br /> The site is generally flat, with raised areas in the southwest and <br /> northeast corners. Ground surface elevations range from approximately 35 feet <br /> to 40 feet (Bologna, 1987) . A metal building with a concrete floor slab, 40 by <br /> 60 feet in plan, is located near the middle of the property, as shown on Plate <br /> 2, Site Plan. We understand that this building will be removed or demolished <br /> prior to development of the property. <br />
