This includes successfully completing 40 hours of CERCLA/SARA training program. In addition,the <br /> LProject Manager has successfully completed eight hours of CERCLA/SARA supervisory training pursuant to 29 <br /> CFR <br /> 1910.120. Other Training Requirements shall apply as applicable and are described in Section 4.2 of MARK s , <br /> Master Health and Safety Plan. <br /> MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE <br /> MARK personnel engaged in the work will be covered by the Medical Program specked in Section 5.0 of MARK's <br /> Master Health and Safety Plan. - <br /> All subcontractor personnel will be covered by the subcontractor Medical Program in accordance with <br /> subcontractor Master Health and Safety Plan. - <br /> DECONTAMINATION PROCEDURES <br /> While on-site, field personnel will not eat or drink. Upon leaving the job site, all personnel shall wash their.hands <br /> and face with soap and water before engaging in these activities. Decontamination materials including liquinox , <br /> and deionized water will be stored in a designated decontamination area.
