This report provides a summary of the activities conducted by MARK to remove, <br /> remediate, and dispose petroleum hydrocarbon-impacted soil at the site. In addition, three pre- <br /> existing groundwater monitoring wells were replaced and a fourth well was installed at the <br /> request of the San Joaquin Valley Environmental Health Division (EHD) These wells have <br /> been monitored quarterly since installation <br /> MARK appreciates this opportunity to be of continued service to NORCAL Waste <br /> Systems, Inc.
