To drill 3.borings and install 3 first water Monitoring Well(MW)to a total depth of 20 feet <br /> below ground surface.}Soil and groundwater sampling will.be performed to define the <br /> vertical and lateral extent of diesel contamination. MW development will be done prior to <br /> groundwater sampling. <br /> 2. To analyze soil and groundwater samples for TPH-Diesel. <br /> 3. To.determine the depth to water and groundwater flow direction at the site. <br /> 4. To conduct a well receptor survey within a 2000 foot radius of the documented release. <br /> 5. To complete and submit a report of findings with conclusions and recommendations. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. A minimum of two soil samples must be collected for analysis per boring:one at the capillary <br /> fringe and one at total depth(20 feet). <br /> 2. Soil stockpiled on site during previous excavation activities must be sampled and <br /> characterized before any treatment or off-site disposal occurs. <br /> 3. All necessary permits must be procured prior to beginning the proposed scope of work. <br /> 4.
