Before a NFAR letter can be provided to you, the monitoring wells at the <br /> site must be properly destroyed. <br /> By letter dated February 3, 2006, EHD directed you to submit an addendum to work plan, <br /> Monitoring Well Destruction, dated January 23, 2006, submitted by Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) on your behalf, that addresses proper well destruction for <br /> monitoring wells known to be in areas of contamination. Once EHD has approved the <br /> work plan addendum, please submit a well permit application.
