Soil and groundwater samples were collected beneath the UST <br /> systems. Approximately 450 cubic yards of soil was removed. High <br /> concentrations of gasoline constituents were detected in four groundwater <br /> samples collected at the UST site. <br /> 02/19/99 EHD filed Unauthorized Release Form URF #99-U13. <br /> 02/22/99 EHD filed Prop 65 #99-022. <br /> 02/23/99 Site entered the Local Oversight Program (LOP). <br /> 1112&3/99 Ten soil borings (P1 through P10) were advanced to approximately 30 feet <br /> below ground surface (bsg). Diesel and gasoline constituents were <br /> detected in soil and groundwater samples collected from the ten borings. <br /> 4 <br /> 04/18/00 Date of Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation Report (PIER) that <br /> preserits results from the UST removal and advancement of ten soil <br /> borings. <br />!d <br /> 07/20&21/00 Eight monitoring wells were installed onsite to a total depth of 30 feet bgs. <br /> 10/09/00 Date of report on monitoring wells installed in July 2000, titled Quarterly <br /> r Report— Third Quarter 2000. <br /> i= 03/17/03 Date of Sensitive Receptor Survey report. Two industrial wells; and three <br /> sites with monitoring wells are located within 2000 feet of the site. <br /> Drinking water is supplied by California Water Services.
