(AGE) All stockpile <br /> disposition documents and sample analytical results should be submitted to PHS/EHD <br /> eupon completion of the over excavation work. <br /> Eight Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) were removed from the above referenced site <br /> • on December 21, 1998 and December 23, 1998 and approximately 450 cubic yards of <br /> contaminated soil was generated and stockpiled on site. Contamination was evidenced in <br /> soil and groundwater below the USTs.
