The 1,622 square foot existing apartment on the <br /> second floor will not be a part of the project. The project also includes the paving of a parking lot on a separate parcel as <br /> permitted under Development Title Section 9-1015.4(a). These parcels are not under a Williamson Act contract. <br /> With the original approval, building permits were to be issued within eighteen(18)months,with an expiration date of March <br /> 10, 2020. If approved, the project will be extended by one (1) year, with a new expiration date of March 10, 2021. <br /> The Property is zoned C-C (Community Commercial) and the General Plan designation is C/C (Community Commercial). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the southwest corner of East State Route 88 and Tully road, Lockeford. <br /> (APN/Address: 019-020-33 & 019-050-03/13480 East State Route 88 Highway, Lockeford) (Supervisorial District: 4) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: This project as described is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act <br /> (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3), and a Notice of Exemption will be filed if the project is approved. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: Recommendations and/or comments on this project must be submitted to the Community <br /> Development Department no later than April 16, 2020.
