This addendum addresses concerns and comments <br /> in the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD)letter dated 15 April 2004, <br /> regarding the specific scope of work presented in the Work Plan. <br /> The following comments are submitted for your consideration: <br /> • AGE will install all three proposed monitoring wells during a single mobilization. <br /> • One monitoring well pilot boring, near the former underground storage tank area, will be <br /> continuously cored for lithological evaluation. <br /> • Laboratory results shall include all quality assurance/quality control(QZ/QC)paramaters,as <br /> appropriate and typical for UST investigation sites. <br /> • Standard reporting limits for 1,2-DCA and EDB shall be 0.5 micrograms per liter, unless <br /> interference is encountered from other constituents(which could results in increased reporting <br /> limits in selected samples). <br /> • As indicated in the Work Plan,a site specific health and safety plan will be provided to the <br /> SJCEHD prior to field activities. <br /> 837 Shaw Road,Stockton,California 95215 <br /> Telephone(209)467-1006 Fax(209)467-1118 <br />
