A map showing the route to the <br /> Hospital is included at the end of this Safety Plan. The directions to the hospital are: <br /> • Head west on E. Main Street(2.0 miles); <br /> • Turn right onto N.Wilson Way (1.0 miles); <br /> • Turn left onto E. Harding Way (0.7 miles); <br /> • Turn right onto N. California Street(0.1 miles); and <br /> • St. Joseph's Medical Center will be on the right at 1800 N. California Street. <br /> 3. GENERAL SAFE WORK PRACTICES <br /> All personnel on site will receive the following instructions: <br /> • While on site, wear general work clothes: hard hat, chemical resistant safety boots, long pants, <br /> and cloth work clothing. <br /> • Keep hands away from face during times when they might be contaminated. <br /> • Do not eat, drink, or smoke during times when hands might be contaminated. <br /> • Stay clear of heavy machinery in operation unless involved in sampling. <br /> • Beware of the cables on the drilling rig, they can swing around and hit people. Wear your hard hat <br /> and stay aware when near the drill rig. <br /> • Take measures, such as installing barricades, to keep the public out of the drilling and sampling <br /> areas. <br /> 4. HAZARDS <br /> The known hazards associated with this site are: <br /> A. Trip or fall injury on rocks, gravel, or debris; <br /> B. Physical injury from sampling equipment and drill rig; <br /> C.
