4.0 REPORT OF FINDINGS <br /> A Report of Findings will be completed within 45 days after the receipt of final laboratory analytical <br /> reports. The report of findings will include a description of the field activities performed, a discussion of <br /> the findings,tabulated data, a map showing the sample locations and plume configurations,a calculation <br /> of the mass of petroleum hydrocarbons in the soil and groundwater, and conclusions with <br /> recommendations as appropriate for this site <br /> 5.0 ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE <br /> Upon receipt of approval of this Workplan from the CVRWQCB, Winzler& Kelly will implement <br /> this Workplan. Once the permitting process with the SJCEHD is complete and a drilling contractor <br /> is selected,the field work will be scheduled.
