The following are <br /> conditions that now apply to the above site. <br /> 1. All vent, vapor recovery, product and fill pipes that are underground must meet <br /> UST construction and testing requirements. [H&S Code 25290.20)] <br /> 2. The UST system primary and secondary containment must be "product tight." <br /> "Product tight" is defined as "impervious to the liquid and vapor of the substance <br /> that is contained, or is to be contained, so as to prevent the seepage of the <br /> substance from the containment."[H&S Code 25290.2(a)-(c)] <br /> 3. After installation but prior to operation of the UST system, enhanced leak <br /> detection or equivalent approved by the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> must be performed. [H&S Code 25290.2(i)] <br /> 4. Any changes shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department for <br /> approval prior to commencing work.
