The listed factors need to be corrected before the permit can be approved: <br /> 1. Clarify if the hydrostatic reservoir sensor is a dual float sensor or a single float sensor. <br /> 2. The entry boots listed do not currently have a UL listing or equivalent. Provide <br /> documentation that the listed entry boots have a UL listing (or equivalent), or provide UL <br /> listed entry boots. <br /> 3. Clarify the size of the split tank. <br /> 4. Submit tank section drawing of the split tank. <br /> 5.
