In the walk in cooler it was observed multiple foods not covered to be
protected from cross contamination, the flooring is completely bare which exposes the concrete in the bottom and the empty
cardboard boxes in every walk in cooler from unpacking new product.Advise workings inside of the carniceria to review their
product due tomultiple boxes and bags being open with raw product inside. Stated to clean the walk in coolers and separate
all product from seasoned to raw meat product. The staff of the taqueria were advised to clean the walk in cooler containing
prepared food and cover all food products that are still being used while disposing the rest.
