Time In: 10:55 am <br /> Time Out: 11:29 am <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: HARDING WAY LIQUOR Date: 01/10/2020 <br /> Address: 2040 E HARDING WAY, STOCKTON 95205 <br /> Owner/Operator: SINGH, GURSHARAN Telephone: (209)462-9675 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00051394 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE LIQUOR STORE IS INFESTED WITH RATS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival, I spoke with an associate on site and asked what improvements have been made since my inspection from the <br /> week prior.The associate stated that the owner has had a pest control company come to the facility multiple times,service <br /> the facility, set traps and seal any or all holes in which rodent may be entering the facility from.The facility is being serviced by <br /> Delk Pest control, as well has spring loaded traps being placed in multiple areas throughout the facility.The associate also <br /> stated that any areas found with rodent droppings was cleaned, sanitized and a spring loaded trap has been added in those <br /> areas as an added protection.While on site I observed no rodent droppings, spring loaded traps in areas were rodent <br /> droppings were found prior and no traps with any rodents.Associated also cleaned multiple areas with debris or trash build <br /> up, in order to eliminate any form of attraction for the rodents.
