Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke with the owner of the restaurant regarding the complaint. The owner states that the smell of sewer was stronger over <br /> the weekend. Owner is aware of the complaint. <br /> There is a walk in freezer that is no longer being used and it is turned off. The owner states that the smell is inside this walk in <br /> freezer. He states that they felt water under the sheet of metal used on the floor. Part to the this sheet of metal was detached. <br /> During the inspection there was no moisture under the metal.There is an odor that can be from the walk in cooler being off. <br /> No sewer smell detected during the inspection.
