COMPLAINANT ALLEGES EVERYONE THAT ATE THE PIZZA BECAME SICK. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. I began by asking the manager a few questions in which the responses were as followed; <br /> none of the staff have left the county, none of the staff have displayed any illnesses and if so they are asked to return home to <br /> rest, and finally no changes have occurred to where the food is purchased or how it is maintained. I conducted to inspect the <br /> facility, observing all temperature for coolers that contain food and sanitation levels for the sanitizer buckets.
