COMPLAINANT IS WORRIED THEY MIGHT <br /> BE SERVING THE FOOD FROM THE GARBAGE TO THE RESIDENTS." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Dietary manager is on site and is not aware of the complaint and has not observed employees taking food from the trash and <br /> placing it into ziploc bags. Per Manager, this is not a practice"sanctioned" by the facility. <br /> At the time of the inspection,this activity was not observed. <br /> Reminder: no unpackaged food that has been served shall be re-served or used for human consumption (CA Retail Food <br /> Code Section 114079). <br /> Conclusion 2:50pm <br /> Addendum:Administrator asked me into into her office to discuss the incident. Per Administrator, she is aware of the incident. <br /> She states that an employee had placed some leftover pot roast into a ziploc bag at the end of the shift to take home. It was <br /> accidentally discarded and then retrieved from the trash.
