The permit has <br /> been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to SJCEHD prior to <br /> commencing work. <br /> 2. At least one person who holds the International Code Council"UST <br /> Installer/Retrofitter"certification must be onsite AT ALL TIMES when work is <br /> performed. <br /> 3. Manufacturer's certification of training must be presented at time of appointment <br /> before any testing can take place. <br /> 4. Contact Lori Luces at(209)468-0341 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments; a 48-hour notice for inspection appointments is required. <br /> a. Leak Detector Test: leak detector must be tested to confirm that the device <br /> detects a leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 psi. <br /> 5. Permit expires 90 days from the approval date.
