List of Hazardous waste Released <br /> (a). % inch of water/ Diesel <br /> (b). 2 pieces of absorbent pads. <br /> 3. (a) % inch of water/diesel was collected during the monitoring certification by the <br /> staffs of Afford A Test,technicians. The technicians poured the collected waste into the <br /> container and is closed properly with the labeled outside. <br /> (b). The Technician from H.M.0 (Wayne)fixed the leak on the Pump #5&6 and 2 <br /> pieces of absorbent pads were placed in a different container closed properly and labeled <br /> outside. <br /> 4. There are two waste containers, one is for liquid waste and other is for solid waste. <br /> 5. The Technician from H.M.C. (Wayne), repaired the leakage on Pump # 5&6 . Please find <br /> his work invoice attached. <br /> 6. There was no need to re-activate the monitoring system as everything was fine. <br />
