The Department is aware that ENSCO as a <br /> subcontractor to Woodward-Clyde Consultants intends to abandon <br /> and destroy the four monitoring wells located inside the sump <br /> at the Lika Corporation site at 2041 Navy Drive prior to the <br /> sump excavation.
