Muir Consulting Geologist& <br /> Geophysicist (Consultant) has conducted a Limited Site Assessment of the Septic System <br /> Investigation in Support of Underground Injection Control (UIQ Site for the St. Francis Motel <br /> located at 5708 North Highway 99, Stockton, San Joaquin County, California. A regional <br /> location map of California is provided as Figure 1. A site location map is provided as Figure 2. <br /> A topographic map of the site is provided as Figure 3. A site plan map with current aerial <br /> photograph underlay is depicted as Figure 4. A map of the groundwater surface elevation <br /> surrounding the site is presented as Figure 5. Figure 6 depicts the locations of the soil borings <br /> and depths of soil samples collected. <br /> This report has been prepared to satisfy the reporting requirements of the UIC Program as <br /> administered by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(PHSEHD).
