Connection to an approved public water supply system <br /> is required. A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required stating that they have the capacity to serve <br /> the development and that the system meets State <br /> standards prior to recording the final map. <br /> 2 . Install an approved backflow prevention device on the <br /> water supply system. <br /> 3 . Connection to a public sewer system is required . A <br /> will serve letter is required from the sewer district <br /> stating that they have the capacity to serve the <br /> proposed project prior to recording the final map. <br /> 4 . Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 <br /> and #1481 and Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 , California Government <br /> Code, and Title 14, CCR. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
