Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required . A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required stating that they have the capacity to serve <br /> the development and that the system meets State <br /> standards prior to recording the ficial map. <br /> 2 . Any existing wells or septic tanks must be destroyed <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division . <br /> 3 . Connection to a public sewer system is required. A <br /> will serve letter is required from the sewer district <br /> stating that they have the capacity to serve the <br /> proposed project prior to recording the final map. <br /> 4 .
