The SSP must be reviewed and signed by all on-site <br /> employees, subcontractors, and visitors prior to entering the site. General safe work practices are <br /> identified in the GZA Injury and Illness Prevention Manual and apply to all GZA work sites. <br /> The provisions set-forth in this SSP shall apply to Ground Zero Analysis, Inc. (GZA) employees <br /> and any subcontractors working for GZA at the job site. All personnel working for GZA at the job <br /> site must read this SSP, and sign the attached Compliance Agreement before entering the work <br /> area. Field personnel may deviate from the safety provisions set-forth in this SSP, but only to <br /> upgrade or increase the safety requirements. GZA personnel may suspend work if unsafe working <br /> conditions are identified or observed, or unauthorized modifications to the safety provisions set- <br /> forth in this SSP are made. If changes in site or working conditions require changes in safety <br /> procedures, appropriate amendments to this SSP will be provided by the GZA project manager or <br /> supervisor, with the written approval of a GZA branch safety officer or the GZA Health and Safety <br /> Director. <br /> PAGE 2 <br />
