ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> BENEVENTO & MEPPEN <br /> MS--90- -32 <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all Ordinance Requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map . <br /> 1 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. A parcel map is required . <br /> b. Remainder shall be designated as "Designated Remainder" <br /> on the Parcel Map. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. This proposed division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . A <br /> disposal area as determined by the percolation test are <br /> required on parcel #1 for Environmental Health Division <br /> approval . A permit for the percolation test from the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required . <br /> 3 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a . The mobilehome shall be removed from Parcel #1. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT APPEALABLE <br />
