A <br /> percolation test, 10 foot soil profile, and a sewage <br /> disposal area as determined by the percolation test are <br /> required for Environmental Health Division approval . A <br /> permit for the percolation test from the Environmental <br /> Health Division is required . <br /> 2 . Construction of an individual domestic water well under <br /> a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division . <br /> �3',.
