This proposed division of land shall meet. the Rules and <br /> Regulations of Sari Joaquin County. Ordinance No . 549 . A <br /> percolation test , 10 foot soil profile , and a sewage <br /> disposal area as determined by the percolation test are <br /> required for Environmental Health Division approval . A <br /> permit for the percolation test from the Environmental <br /> Health Division is required . <br /> 2 . The well must be repaired under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division as follows : <br /> a . Well casing and cement pedestal must be <br /> repaired as to prevent contamination entering <br /> into water aquifers . <br /> b. A permit. from Environmental Health Division <br /> is required . <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
