S. Denartment of Health, Education, and <br /> Welfare , and per requirement,.s of the San Joaquin Health District,. <br /> L1yUi.�LEiiS i:l;,tl'lr'1C�1' <br /> On January 31 and February 1 , 1990, one percolation test was <br /> ierformed on the above property by me in conformance with, <br /> San Joaquin Ordinance No. 549. The approximate location of the <br /> percolation and soil profile holes are shown on the attached <br /> Parcel Man. <br /> A percolation rate, of 40 minutes per inch is the result of <br /> the test and a 10,000 square foot minimum usable disposal area <br /> is recommended <br /> Groundwater was encountered at 5110" in excavating the soil <br /> profile hole for Parcel No. l .
