Construct a water well under permit and inspection of <br /> the Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. <br /> Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 <br /> for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four, a yearly permit, to operate a <br /> public water system, under the provisions of Title 22, <br /> CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 2 . Connection to a public sewer system is required if <br /> available . <br /> or <br /> If public sewers are riot available perform; a <br /> suitability study for septic tank usage . In order for <br /> the County to determine the suitability of an area <br /> proposed for septic tank usage, the applicant shall <br /> provide information concerning all of the following: <br /> 1 . The intensity and extent of the existing and the <br /> proposed development on septic tanks within and <br /> around the area; <br /> 2 . The suitability of the soil for development <br /> utilizing septic systems ; <br /> 3 . The depth and gradient of the water table; <br /> 4 . The history of past uses in the project area to <br /> assess potential problems ; <br /> 5 . Other information as required by the Environmental <br /> Health Division to determine the cumulative effect <br /> of the existing and the proposed development on <br /> ground water contamination. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
