CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL UP-90-10 Covenant Christian Fellowship Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be complied with prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits . Unless otherwise specified, the approval will expire 1S months from the date of approval unless ( 1 ) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, ( 2 ) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in force , and ( 3 ) all necessary permits from othe- agencies have been secured and remain in force . 1 . Planning Division: a . Any proposed sign shall meet the requirements of Section 9-3606 for monument type construction. b. The trash enclosure shall be designed to accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed with a solid masonry or brick wall on three sides and gated on the fourth side . c . Parking lot lighting shall meet the following minimum standards : ( 1 ) The equivalent of one foot candle of illumination shall be provided throughout the parking area. ( 2 ) All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo-sensor system. (3 ) Parking lot luminaries shall be high pressure sodium vapor with 90-degree cutoff and flat lenses . (4) All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises, with no spillover beyond the pro- perty. d. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas must be paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or cement . e. All parking stalls and directional arrows must be deline- ated with paint . f . All parking spaces , with the exception of the compact car parking spaces , shall meet the requirements of the Parking Title listed in Sections 9-3702 and 9-3704 . g.
